Budget, unit type, area or project, timeline and payment method must be clear. No ready buyer, no referral.
You introduce the buyer, we handle the purchase, you receive 50% of our commission. Primary market only. Introductions only — no marketing, no sharing materials, no use of our name.

50/50 split
- You get 50% of the net commission the developer pays us.
- Example: AED 2M × 5% = AED 100,000 → you get AED 50,000.
- No joining fee.
Payout
- After the SPA is signed, the buyer pays the developer's threshold (usually 20%), and the commission reaches our bank.
- Paid within 14 days, by bank transfer to your own account.
- Cancelled sale or developer clawback = no commission or refund.
Who is eligible
- Individuals 18+ or companies, UAE or abroad, who pass KYC.
- Not eligible: licensed brokers, AGH or developer staff, buyers already known to us or the developer.

- No resale, sellers, rentals or assignments.

The rules
Ready buyers only. Nothing else.
Introduce someone only when they are ready to buy now, with a clear requirement: budget, area or project type, unit size, timeline, and how they will pay. A name without a requirement is not an introduction.
- No marketing of any kind — no adverts, posts, listings, groups or cold outreach.
- No sharing of projects, prices, availability or any marketing material — brochures, floor plans, videos or images.
- No use of the A G H Properties name, logo, website, documents or materials, and no presenting yourself as acting for us.
- No secondary-market introductions — resales, sellers or rentals. Primary market (direct from the developer) only.
- No introductions before your KYC check is complete and your account is activated.
An introduction that breaks any of these is not registered and earns no commission, and the referral agreement may be ended. We market our projects ourselves; your part is the introduction.
Enquiries are handled by email only, and only once your KYC check is complete: message us from your referrer portal and it reaches the office by email.
