Sell your property

Tell us about your apartment, villa, office, shop, plot or whole building — ready or off-plan — and a broker calls you within one working day with what comparable properties actually sold for on the Dubai Land Department register. The valuation is free, there is no listing fee, and you are not committed to anything by filling this in.

What happens after you press send

  1. 1

    Within one working day

A broker — not an automated message — calls or WhatsApps you with a price range and the transactions behind it.

  2. 2

    You decide the number

We give you the evidence and our recommendation. The asking price is yours to set.

  3. 3

    Then it is marketed

Photography, the portals, our buyer list and our introducer network — once the agreement and the paperwork are in order.

A price from the register, not from optimism
Before we say a number we look at what units like yours have actually sold for in your building and community, from Dubai Land Department records. An inflated figure wins the listing and then sits unsold for eight months — that is not a service, it is a way of borrowing your property.
Buyers who can complete
Your property is shown to buyers we have already qualified, and to a network of introducers who work with real purchasers. Fewer viewings, and the ones that happen are worth your afternoon.
Nothing to pay to list
The valuation is free and there is no listing fee. We are paid a commission when your property sells, which means our interest and yours point the same way from the first phone call.

Questions owners ask

How much is my property worth?
We answer that from registered Dubai Land Department transactions for comparable units in your building or community, adjusted for floor, view, size and condition. Send the details on this page and a broker comes back within one working day with the figure and the evidence behind it. There is no charge for this.
Can I sell an off-plan property before handover?
Usually yes. Most Dubai developers permit a resale once a set percentage of the price has been paid — commonly 30% to 40%, though it varies by developer and project — and they charge a transfer fee (an NOC). What a buyer purchases is your position in the payment plan, so the two figures that matter are the original price and what you have paid to date. Tell us both and we will confirm your developer's specific rule before anything is marketed.
Can I sell while a tenant is in the property?
Yes. A tenanted property is often easier to sell, because an investor buys the income with it. The tenancy contract transfers with the property and the tenant keeps their rights until it ends. Tell us the rent and the contract end date and we will market it to the buyers that suits.
What documents do you need?
For a ready property, the title deed and a copy of the owner's passport or Emirates ID. For off-plan, the Oqood and the same identification. These go to our office inbox by email and are never uploaded to or stored on this website.
What does it cost to sell?
Our commission is agreed with you in writing before anything is marketed, and is paid on completion. The valuation, the listing and the marketing cost you nothing. Dubai Land Department transfer fees are separate and set by the DLD, not by us.
